Leveraging extensive experience working in the area of the personal, team and organisational change, he has guided executive and senior leadership team’s towards sustained commercial and personal growth, individually and collectively. He instinctively understands how to cultivate behavioural change that builds cultures, executes strategy and delivers bottom-line business outcomes. Matthew has developed exceptional skills in coaching and mentoring individuals through processes of challenge and personal change.
His coaching and consulting background is complemented with hands-on experience running teams and delivering results within corporate and Public sector environments. This includes owning a business unit of Flight Centre Ltd, a role as transitional CEO of a TAFE training college, the senior leadership of national consulting brands Mettle and Chandler Macleod Group, and over 10 years running his own successful boutique consulting business.
Matthew has worked as both team and individual coach at the C-Suite level of major listed national and international companies – as well as in the complex and demanding environment of the highly industrialised Victorian fire and emergency management sector.
