Ross Collins Executive Performance Partner

Ross brings the experience of a seasoned Executive to the executive coaching world. His career has seen him in C-suite, and Consulting Partner roles for global companies such as IBM and PwC.

Ross offers a unique blend of C-level understanding, technical and business acumen across industries. He has lived in five countries and done business for over 15. His Australian clients include Chevron, Rio Tinto, Woodside, WestPac, Ausgrid and Vodafone.

Over the last 20 years, Ross has worked alongside some of the finest business leaders in Australia, to build our first 3G network, our first Smart Electricity Grid and Australia’s biggest ever capital project, Chevron’s Gorgon LNG development. During that time, he has been coached by industry leaders and has in turn coached professionals now working at the ASX, the Big Four Banks, Frollo and other great companies, from the top of the ASX to startups. Ross has led transformation projects with team members numbering in the hundreds and implementation budgets in the tens of millions.

Since leaving IBM, Ross has helped startup companies with technology, funding (via the Venture Capital, Private Equity and Angel Investor markets), agile business strategy, and global expansion, particularly into the US market.

Ross joins the team to provide a strategic, technical lens, which complements the team’s unique approach blending executive coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, business advisory and accountability solutions to ensure that partnership delivers on the metrics that matter to the leader and business.

Outside of work, Ross is married with three adult children, a collector of model cars, a keen cook, and an active investor in the equity and cryptocurrency markets.  He maintains his certification as an Open Group Distinguished IT Architect and lives by physicist Richard Feynman’s motto “If you’re the smartest person in the room, then you’re in the wrong room”.
