Nicola is a Master Coach and Business Mentor with over 25 years experience of working with senior leaders from right round the globe, from multinationals to medium and small-sized firms.

With an extensive corporate background in the media and advertising industries, Nicola ran the magazine business for one of Australia’s largest media companies before then co-founding one of the world’s first global online executive coaching companies which she helped develop into a multi-million dollar business by pioneering a new approach to inspiring leaders at the highest levels.

She has travelled extensively and worked cross-culturally working with CEO’s and top-level businessowners / executives from right round the world – both in a consulting capacity as well as a high-level coach across a range of industries which include organisations such as; Unilever, Mars, PepsiCo, Mondalez, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Bankwest, SAP, IHG Hotel Group, Toll Group, Energy Australia and AGL.

An entrepreneur at-heart, she is experienced in building and developing high performance cultures that know how to deliver results as well as being well versed in designing and implementing large-scale culture transformation initiatives. She has also enjoyed leading a range of special interest projects within the education sector, with a particular focus on supporting indigenous leadership within local communities across the Kimberley Region in outback Australia.

Nicola now specialises in working 1:1 with senior leaders who want to open up new pathways to success – whether that be at the individual, team or organisational level. This allows her to combine her passion for business strategy and innovation with her unique ability to unlock those aspects of leadership which often inspire higher levels of performance.
